Summerset Builder 30-Inch Freestanding Cart Grill: High Performance Commercial Grade Grilling

Looking for a commercial-quality grill that doesn’t take up too much space in your outdoor grilling area or restaurant? Introducing the Summerset Resort 30-Inch Freestanding Cart Gas Grill, a compact-sized commercial grill by Summerset that packs a punch in power and capacity. This 30-inch wide grill is perfect for resorts, restaurants, and apartment complexes, offering the added benefit of mobility to bring the cooking area wherever you need and easy storage when finished.

This commercial-grade grill is not only compact but is designed for frequent use, ensuring durability and high-performance grilling. Made entirely from 304 stainless steel, this grill is an industrial powerhouse, built to withstand wear and tear and endure any outdoor elements you may face. It provides superior protection against rust and discoloration, and its durable design includes an 18-gauge stainless steel grill hood that maintains its look and integrity, enhancing your outdoor cooking area’s appeal to your customers. Designed with security and safety in mind, this grill features anti-theft locking gas knobs and a locking grease drip tray.

Summerset Grills have pulled out all the stops in high-performance grilling, featuring their strongest stainless steel u-tube burners with 26,000 BTUs each. With two u-tube burners, this high-powered grilling machine reaches extreme temperatures, pre-heats in seconds, and provides even heat distribution across your entire grilling surface with its well-designed multi-port u-shaped burner design. The main grilling area boasts a 543 square inch (27 83/100″ w x 19 1/2″ d) surface, giving you maximum capacity for its compact size, fitting up to 35 burgers at once.

The durability and high-performance extend to the grilling surface material, featuring 9mm round stainless steel cooking grates. These specially designed grates offer maximum surface contact, allowing for faster cooking times and evenly cooked food. Additionally, the large surface area of the grill grate prevents food from falling through. Beneath the cooking grate, you’ll find 14-gauge heavy-duty stainless steel flame tamers. These durable protectors are multi-functional, providing burner protection from grease drippings, ensuring even heat distribution as they heat up from the burners below, and vaporizing drippings from your food to enhance flavor.

The ignition system is designed for simplicity and reliability with its premium-grade Flame Thrower Ignition system. This commercial-grade ignition system requires no batteries or electricity and ignites your Resort Grill effortlessly with a push-and-turn on the gas knobs, ensuring a safe, reliable, and quick start every time. In case the Flame Thrower ignition fails, Summerset includes a backup manual flash tube ignition with crossover tubes, allowing you to light all of your burners with one match safely from the flash tube located at the front of your cooking grate. Available in natural gas or propane, this grill also comes with a propane conversion kit if needed.

With its freestanding cart design, the Summerset Resort 30-Inch Grill provides the added advantage of mobility, allowing you to bring your cooking area wherever you need it. The grill is easy to move and store when not in use, making it a versatile and convenient choice for any commercial or residential setting.
