About the Product

The MidNite Solar MNHAWKE’S BAY120-PW combines advanced MPPT technology with comprehensive safety features for demanding solar installations. Engineered for 48V battery systems, this charge controller delivers 120A of continuous output with a typical 98% conversion efficiency. The wide MPPT window (185 – 585V) accommodates various panel configurations, optimizing energy harvest from dawn to dusk.

Built with a die-cast aluminum enclosure and quiet fan cooling, the MidNite Solar MNHAWKE’S BAY120-PW operates from -40°F to 122°F with automatic derating above 77°F. The integrated MNSPD-600 surge protection device shields your system from voltage spikes, while the optional Hawke’s Bay Breaker Box prevents dangerous battery voltage excursions.
